The wood’s subtle tonal variation creates movement across the cabinetry surfaces,adding depth while maintaining a refined and cohesive aesthetic.

The bathrooms in Adaptive Duplex were redesigned to combine durability with elevated design.

Rooms were thoughtfully arranged to create a clear separation between shared and private spaces.Updated finishes and consistent detailing establish continuity with the main level while introducing a softer, more intimate residential character.

By locating laundry on the upper level — where bedrooms and primary living spaces are situated —the design improves daily functionality and efficiency. This placement reduces unnecessary circulation between floors and supports a more intuitive household workflow.
