Karen Weber
Business Manager
Karen is the Business Manager at CLAY Design, Construction & Cabinetry and plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. A graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) with a degree in Business, Karen brings a strategic and collaborative approach to everything she does.
Karen joined Covenant Construction in 2019 and has grown alongside the company through its evolution into CLAY. Today, she oversees many of the behind-the-scenes functions that keep the business moving forward, including operations, Health & Safety, marketing, HR support, and continuous process improvement.
Whether she's streamlining systems, supporting the leadership team, or helping develop new initiatives, Karen is passionate about building a business that delivers an exceptional experience for both clients and employees.
Known for her organization, positive attitude, and ability to wear many hats, Karen enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping the entire team succeed.
Outside of work, Karen and her husband stay busy raising their two children and dog, Arlo. When she finds a little downtime, she enjoys practicing yoga, reading, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time outdoors with her family.
